Arsenal are set to splash out again on Thomas Lemar after completing a club record deal for Alexandre Lacazette.
The Gunners will announce today the £52m signing of Lacazette from Lyon after he passed a medical and finalised personal terms on Tuesday.
Now Arsene Wenger is plotting another big-money move – with another France inernational in his sights.
According to the Daily Mirror, Wenger wants a new winger and he made Lemar his top target.
The 20-year-old impressed for Monaco last season as they won Ligue 1 and reached the Champions League semi-finals.
Monaco will demand £80million for their star youngster but Wenger hopes a compromise can be reached.
Should Monaco stand firm, Arsenal could turn their attention to Leicester’s wantaway star Riyad Mahrez.
